Founded as Veterinary Centers of America (VCA)

  • 1986

Established first reference laboratory

  • 1996

Adopted the name Antech Diagnostics for reference laboratory division

  • 2001

Antech Imaging Services joined Antech Diagnostics

  • 2004

Established medical technologies division with the acquisition of Sound Technologies

  • 2008

Antech entered the Canadian market

  • 2017

Antech joined the Mars Petcare family

  • 2022

Antech entered the U.K. market and joins the Mars Petcare Science and Diagnostics division
