At Antech Diagnostics UK, we are committed to providing high-quality products, services and customer support. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you so that we can investigate and work towards a resolution.

How To Make a Complaint

If you wish to raise a complaint, please submit it in writing by email to our Customer Support:

To help us investigate your concern efficiently, please include relevant details such as:

  • Your practice name
  • Contact information
  • A description of the issue
  • Any relevant order or sample numbers

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your complaint, we will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
  • Provide a full response within 4 working days where possible.
  • Aim to fully resolve your complaint within 7 working days. If additional investigation is required, we will provide an update outlining the actions being taken and realistic timelines for resolution.

Our aim is to investigate all complaints thoroughly, communicate openly throughout the process and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Who Can Submit a Complaint?

Antech UK can only accept and investigate complaints submitted directly by our customers, including:

  • Veterinary surgeons
  • Veterinary nurses
  • Veterinary practice teams
  • Other authorised representatives of veterinary clinics

Antech does not communicate directly with pet owners. If you are a pet owner or member of the public, please contact the veterinarian responsible for your animal’s care in the first instance. They will be able to review your concerns and liaise with Antech where appropriate.
